She already knows the grandkids' birthdays by heart. This brings all of them together in one place - their names, their flowers, her title at the top - on a piece of genuine natural slate that sits on her shelf and means something every single day. The birth flower design gives each grandchild their own moment on the stone, and no two plaques ever look exactly alike because no two pieces of slate ever do.

A beautiful gift for Grandma on Mother's Day, her birthday, Grandparents Day, or Christmas. Works just as well for Nana, Gigi, Mimi, Abuela, or whatever name the grandkids gave her.
