Ordering and Personalization

Every gift is made to order, personalized exactly as you enter it. Names, dates, and messages print as typed, capitalization included, so give your entries one last read before checkout. Personalization is always free.

Shipping

We ship to the United States and Canada. Every item is produced in the USA, typically within about 2 business days, and most US orders arrive within 4 to 7 business days of purchase. Canadian orders usually arrive within 12 to 17 business days and may be subject to duties or taxes set by Canadian authorities, paid by the recipient. US orders over $75 ship free; under $75, US shipping is a $9.99 flat rate, and Canadian shipping is a $19.99 flat rate. Need to Fix a Mistake?

Spotted a typo after ordering? Email support@boomergifts.com with your order number within 12 hours of purchase and we will do our best to correct it before production begins. Once a personalized item enters production, it is being made just for your recipient and can no longer be changed.

Returns, Replacements, and Refunds

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you entered, contact us within 30 days and we will send a free replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer, and you will not need to ship anything back. Because each piece is made just for your recipient, personalized items cannot be returned for a change of mind, which is one more reason to double-check the spelling. Full details: Refund Policy.

Payments

We accept major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and the express payment options shown at checkout. All payments are processed securely through Shopify; we never see or store your card details.

Your Privacy

We collect only what we need to make and deliver your order, and we never sell your information. The full details of what we collect and why are in our Privacy Policy, and the fine print of using this site lives in our Terms of Service.
